Oakworth is a medium sized village located in the southern penines of West Yorkshire, Its nearest neighbours are Haworth famous for the Bronte Sisters and the Wuthering Heights. Keighley and Skipton - the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.

Off course Oakworth is famous in itself having been the location in which the film "The Railway Children" was made.
